Apetiherb contains extract from herbs containing bitter compounds (white horehound herb, melissa leaf, yarrow herb), which increase secretion of gastric juice, thus inducing appetite.

Indications for application
Syrup of Apetiherb is used in lack of appetite.

How to apply Apetiherb

Children from 3 up to 6 years of age – 1/2  tea spoon 2 times a day before meal, children over 6 years of age 1 tea spoon 2-3 times a day before meal, adults 1 table spoon 2-4 times a day before meal.
Dilute the syrup in a small amount of weak tea while administering to children.

Consult a physician, if you think that effects of Apetiherb are too strong or too weak.

In case of taking higher than recommended dose of Apetiherb
So far, no overdose symptoms have been observed during application of Apetiherb.
Consult a physician or a pharmacist in case of taking higher than recommended dose of the drug.

In case of skipping the dose of Apetiherb
Do not apply a double dose in order to supplement the omitted one.

The following may appear after discontinuation of treatment with Apetiherb syrup
Another bout of anorexia.

Before you apply Apetiherb

It is not recommended to use the syrup in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation components.

Pregnancy
Consult a physician before using the drug.
No controlled clinical trials have been conducted in pregnant women and for this reason it is not recommended to apply the preparation during this period.

Breast feeding
Consult a physician before using the drug.
No controlled clinical trials have been conducted in breast feeding women and for this reason it is not recommended to apply the preparation during this period.

Driving of vehicles and operation of moving mechanisms
The drug does not impair psychophysical competence, the ability to drive vehicles and operate moving mechanisms.

Important information concerning some components of the drug of Apetiherb
The product contains about 12 g of saccharose in one table spoon. This should be considered in case of diabetic patients.

Use of other drugs
It is necessary to inform a physician about all the recently taken drugs, even those sold without prescription.

Interactions with other medical products and other interactions
So far, none have been found.

Possible undesired effects

Usually no undesired effects are observed.
In case of hypersensitive individuals allergic reactions may appear in the form of skin and respiratory system reactions.
In case of undesired effects, inform your physician about them.

Storage of Apetiherb

Store at the temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Store the drug out of sight and reach of children.

Do not use the drug after expiry date stated on the package.

Composition

100 g of syrup contain:

Active substance:
Fluid extract (1:2) composed from : yarrow herb (Millefolii herba), white horehound herb (Marrubii herba), melissa leaf (Melissae folio), fennel fruit (Foeniculi fructu) (3/2/3/2) – 15.00 g [extractant: purified water]

Auxiliary substances:
Saccharose, purified water, orange concentrate, sodium benzoate (0.15 g)

Packaging: 125 g of the preparation.
